These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website — it’s your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and adaptations to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Prices for our courses are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for doing so.

Certain courses may be available exclusively online through the website and may have limited availability. We reserve the right to limit sales of any course to any person, region, or jurisdiction, to limit quantities, and to discontinue any course at any time. Course pricing and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that any course will meet your expectations or that errors in a course will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by the same person, account, card, or address. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information, and to promptly update it — including your email address and payment details — so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, and any use of them is entirely at your own risk. You should review the third-party provider’s own terms before using any optional tool. New features or tools we introduce in the future are also subject to these Terms.

Course content or the Service may include materials from, or links to, third parties who are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content or accuracy, and we bear no liability for any third-party materials, products, or services. Review a third party’s own policies carefully before engaging in any transaction with them — related complaints should be directed to that third party, not us.

If you send us comments, suggestions, or other submissions — whether requested or unsolicited — you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use them in any medium without restriction, and without any obligation to keep them confidential, compensate you, or respond. We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, edit, or remove submissions we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You’re solely responsible for your own submissions and their accuracy, and you agree they will not violate any third party’s rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or malicious content.

Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Course descriptions, pricing, and other site content may occasionally contain typographical errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct these, and to change, update, or cancel orders, at any time without prior notice — including after an order has been submitted — except where required otherwise by law.

In addition to other prohibitions in these Terms, you may not use the site or its content:

1. for any unlawful purpose;
2. to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts;
3. to violate any applicable regulations, rules, or laws;
4. to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others;
5. to harass, abuse, harm, defame, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
6. to submit false or misleading information;
7. to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;
8. to collect or track the personal information of others;
9. to spam, phish, spider, crawl, or scrape;
10. for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
11. to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these prohibited uses.

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained through it will be accurate or reliable. The Service and everything delivered through it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no case shall Primaexcellence Review and Training Center, its owner, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any product procured through it, however caused, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where a jurisdiction does not allow this exclusion, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

A full refund can be requested up to ten working days after your purchase is confirmed, provided the course has not yet started. Requests made after ten days, or once a course has started, will — if approved — receive a credit coupon (valid for 12 months) toward a future course, less a 50% administration fee. Courses that cannot be continued for reasons on our end will be refunded in full.

All refund requests should be emailed to primaexcellenceservices@gmail.com. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as working days.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Primaexcellence Review and Training Center and its owner, affiliates, agents, contractors, and employees from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder will remain in full effect.

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use our site. If we determine you have failed to comply with any provision, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive it.

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
